Milestones

1981–1986

Founded in Taiwan in July 1981, VECO began its business with headphones and related acoustic components, laying the foundation for its long-term development in electro-acoustic technology.

1987–1993

Expanded the product portfolio from headphones and related acoustic components into miniature and low-profile slim speakers, marking an important step in VECO’s acoustic product development.

1993

Established the Foshan manufacturing base in Guangdong Province, creating an important foundation for VECO’s long-term manufacturing development in China.

1994

Established the Weifang manufacturing base to expand production capabilities and support growing customer demand.

1997

Established a regional sales office in Singapore to strengthen customer support and business development across Southeast Asia.

2004

Implemented RoHS compliance across product lines to meet evolving international environmental and product compliance requirements.

2006

Relocated the Foshan factory to a new facility in Nanhai District, expanding manufacturing capacity and resources to support business growth. In the same year, VECO successfully passed GP audits by major customers, further strengthening environmental, supplier, and compliance management.

2008

Relocated the Yancheng manufacturing operation to Hefei, Anhui, strengthening production capabilities and capacity in East China.

2010

Relocated the Taiwan headquarters to a modern facility in New Taipei City, supporting continued business development and engineering operations.

2011

Established the Chongqing manufacturing base to expand production capacity and support growing customer demand in Western China.

2025

Established the Vietnam production base to expand manufacturing capabilities in Southeast Asia, enhance supply flexibility, and strengthen regional customer support.

2026 – Today

Continuing to strengthen acoustic R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and global supply capabilities to support customers worldwide.
